•  where required we provide lab analyses to assist with material selection.

•  where needed we can visit and discuss the job on site.

•  training is key. Your staff is trained for a minimum of one day – in use of the equipment, either on site at the start of the job or at our Norfolk training centre. Trained operatives receive certificates of competence.

•  detailed Method Statements and Risk Assessments are provided for our customers.

•  practical help notes are available from the muratechnic Work Note Library on a range of related topics.

•  once the job is underway you have access to experienced technical support via our 24-hour Helpline.
